Shipping & Returns

We aim to process your order as soon as possible. Your card will not be charged till the product is ready to be dispatched to you. We aim to despatch orders on the same day if ordered before 2PM on a business day.

We deliver only with in UK & Ireland *. Delivery charges shown for an order are based on UK mainland delivery. If there is an additional charge for delivering to your choice of delivery address, we shall contact you for your advise before accepting the order. This holds good for products which are on Free Delivery Offer.

*We can deliver to Ireland only if you are ordering on behalf of a VAT registered business. Please contact us and we will process your order over the telephone.

All deliveries are made between Monday - Friday during working hours 9AM-5.30PM. Signature required for delivery.

The courier will attempt delivery twice and for further attempts there is a surcharge.

Saturday delivery is available for an additional surcharge of £25 on top of any delivery charges quoted, we are unable to waive this charge as it is a direct charge made by the courier.

If you require saturday delivery please place an order on our website and contact us by e-mail/phone quoting the order number and we will get in touch with you.

Where offers are advertised as free delivery, the delivery charge is included in the price you pay for the product. This is currently £11.75. Please note with respect to free delivery offers, any orders cancelled after despatch will be refunded after deducting this amount to cover the delivery charge.

DELIVERY DISCOUNT

There are certain products which are heavier and are of high value, for these items we may advertise a further discount as an option, if the option is chosen then appropriate discount will be calculated at the checkout. If the discount option is chosen then please note the delivery time scales for these orders will be 14-21 days from the date of ordering. If you do not select the discount then delivery will be as stated i.e normally next business day of ordering.

Distance Selling Regulations

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund. The item you have ordered should not have been opened and should not have been used. The distance selling regulation doesn't apply to business purchases.

To cancel, you can email us or write to us (see Contact Us for details) within seven working days from the date of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not open or use them.

Please don't send us the products with out cancelling them in writing first. As it will be returned to you at your cost.

Delivery confirmation

Please sign the delivery note of the courier for the product received. If there are any damages to the package it should be mentioned while signing for the package from the courier.

Refunds on return of non-faulty goods

If the item has been used or any seals broken, then it will be taken that you have accepted the goods and cannot return them under the Distance Selling Regulations. The return costs for any item being returned is at your expense and you agree to this, by placing an order.

Please e-mail us with in 7 working days from the date of delivery of your items to cancel your order. Please note orders cannot be cancelled by telephone. Please wait for a confirmation e-mail before sending the item back.

We offer a full refund, excluding delivery & collection charge, if the unit is unopened, unused and complete with packaging/accessories. we aim to issue refunds within thirty days from collection at the outside. This excludes purchases made in the name of businesses.

Please note we don't sell items on a trial basis.

Return of Faulty Goods

To return a faulty product(s) please e-mail us for a RMA code.

Simply indicate the reason for your return and you will then be issued with an RMA number. The issued RMA number is valid for 10 days. Please make sure we receive the goods with in 10 days from the date of issue of RMA. If you need more time to return please e-mail us for a reauthorisation. When returning the goods, clearly state your RMA number and include the invoice (can be printed from the My Account section of our website) with your package, and please make sure the package is wrapped securely (Usually the packaging that they arrived in can be used for the return). We will replace faulty goods with the same products or refund back to your credit/debit card if the products are no longer available. Please note products with out a RMA number will be returned to sender.

If a product is faulty and if you report it with in seven days of receipt you can either choose a refund or replacement.

For products reported faulty after the seven day period, we will endeavour to replace or repair the product with out inconveniencing you and a refund will be offered only if a repair/replacement is not possible.

Due to the nature of the goods we sell, it is your responsibility to test the products as soon as you receive them. We cannot be held responsible if you test the product after seven days of delivery and request a refund stating that it was dead on arrival or it didn't work when you tested for the first time.

Please note after this seven day period we are happy to offer a replacement/repair depending on the circumstances if a product is faulty.

Claims for damage and mis-shipping must be made within 24 hours of receipt by e-mail.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we cannot exchange products unless the ordered product is faulty and we no longer stock the ordered item.
