I received the unit brand new but the unit wouldn't bootup properly. I managed to get the firmware to upgrade and this sorted out the problem. You need to hold down the "page" and "home" buttons extremely hard before turning the unit on. This allows the unit to be upgraded before it boots up (my unit would not boot until after the upgrade) Once again, I thank E-Bowl for their excellent support.
