Seen the Philips frame at my friends place and decided to buy one for myself, I ordered Varnam at the offer price and now I cann't see a difference in picture quality between the Philips and Varnam. More over you get Music and Video playback features which are not in Philips and all at a lower price than Philips.
It certainly is a quality product for the price. I have loaded a set of pictures to present it to my Grand parents. When you have the right photo's with the right music, the slide show feature is pure magic.
I bought this frame after careful consideration and I am not disappointed, excellent screen quality. Images are reproduced as you would see in print. The clarity is good enough that you can watch it from any where in the room and still see a crystal clear image.
A word of caution for people looking for 7'' frames. I bought a cheap 7'' frame from a different website and the screen quality of that frame was rubbish, images could be only seen at a distance of 1 feet. And everything appear squashed up.
Screen resolution is very good and is as good as my Philips frame which I bought last year. Additionaly plays music and video. Competitive price and speed delivery.
